Stratos PERPEROGLOU
PERPEROGLOU, Efstratios
STRENGTHS: Outside player with great potential. A good combination of size and athleticism. Slender player, with great coordination at speed. Good leaping ability, he’s quick and explosive. Quite agile in the open court, possesses the ball-handling skills and the talent to finish off. He has developped into a good outside shooter and his understanding of his role has improved as well. Definitely talented. WEAKNESSES: His attitude may be criticized. Much work to be done on his offensive game. Not an aggressive guy, can be caught showing a lack of intensity. He’s inconsistent. Can show flashes of brilliance as much as he can follow that up with careless mistakes. Has lapses. On offense, he does a lot of things but without having his own move. Lives off pu-acks and loose balls too much. EVALUATION: A talent. Showed interesting things in the past and eventually made it into the Greek giants. There are concerns that he might remain this good player capable of flashes but who will never step up a gear. Has to refine his technique (offensive game) and attitude (consistency, hunger to improve, energy level, intensity on defense). The potential is definitely there to improve.
