The tenth round of the Serbian junior league sent us two interesting messages. Hemofarm, unbeaten the nine first games, fell against Mega Vizura in overtime, leaving FMP as the only squad with a 10-0 record. And Nenad Miljenovic ('93), the MVP of the league, made another crazy performance for FMP reaching the 41 index over Partizan.
Mega Vizura and Hemofarm played a very offensive contest (112-106), with three local players scoring more than 20 points. Mega had the lead at half time (+13), but Vrsac recovered with a great third quarter (13-32) to tie it again. Youngster Vasilije Micic ('94) led the winners with 26 points (10/17 FG), 8 assists and 5 rebounds, while Andrija Bojic ('93) added 25 with 12 rebounds and 3 blocks, and Pavle Reljic ('93) nailed 22, pulling down 8 boards and dishing 7 assists for a 38 index.
What happened at Hemofarm? Luka Andjusic ('94) tallied 33 points, 7 assists and 4 boards, while Djorde Milosevic ('93) collected a double-double (21 points, 10 rebounds and 4 steals) and Nemanja Krstic ('93) scored 20 with 3/4 behind the arc. Luka Mitrovic ('93) had another double-double: 18 points, 10 boards and 3 assists.
And Miljenovic? He lifted FMP to the tenth win in ten games, leading the victory over Partizan (88-79). The guard collected a 41 rating with 31 points (8/14 from the field, 1/2 from three and 12/14 ft), adding 7 assists and 3 steals. His teammate Stefan Popovski-Turanjanin ('93) had 23 points, 14 boards and 6 assists. Vukasin Vujovic ('93) wasn't enough for Partizan even though he finished with 29 points (12/18 FG).
