Siena versus Treviso and Milano versus Cantù will be the semi-finals of the Italian League. While Cantù only needed three games to sweep Varese, Game 4 was decisive for all the others.
The defending champs, Siena, won in Bologna 81-62 behind 18 points from Malik Hairston and 16 from Rimantas Kaukenas, while Treviso used a strong first quarter (27-17) and some tough defending to knock out Avellino 69-59. Donatas Montiejunas registered 20 points and 5 boards. Finally, Milan got Sassari stuck at 22 points at half time to keep control of its lead until the end as David Hawkins stood out with 18 points in a 72-60 away win.
