Olympiacos forward Panagiotis Vasilopoulos will miss the rest of the season after suffering a leg injury in practice on Friday. Vasilopoulos recently returned from back surgery that caused him to miss the entire Euroleague regular season. He played a total of eight minutes in two Euroleague games. Doctors diagnosed a tear to his cruciate ligament and meniscus, which will require surgery and keep Vasilopoulos on the sidelines for a minimum of six months. The 26-year-old forward in in his sixth season with the Reds and has played in a total of 95 Euroleague games.
