Banvit edged Antalya 95-93 at home on Sunday with 30 points from Chuck Davis. Vladimir Golubovic added 17, Keith Simmons had 16, Mutlu Akpina got 13 while Baris Ermis dished 15 assists for Banvit. Free throws by Ermis and Akpinar kept Banvit out of trouble in the final 15 seconds. Efes Pilsen improved to 14-5 by topping Tofas 65-48 at home on Sunday. Ender Arslan led the winners with 15 points. Kerem Gonlum added 14 and 12 rebounds while Igor Rakocevic had 11 points in an easy home win for Efes. Besiktas Cola Turka moved up to 12-7 by downing Bornova Belediya 72-92 on the road on Saturday. Marcelus Kemp led Besiktas with 35 points on 6-of-8 triples. Serkan Erdogan added 18, Mire Chatman 13 and Michal Ignerski 10. Besiktas led 33-52 at halftime and never looked back. In other games, Erdemir edged Turk Telekom 84-86, Karsiyaka topped Mersin 68-73 while Olin Edirne bested Aliaga Petkin 72-82.
